Trusting in the Process
What would life look like if we were able to 100% trust in the process of life and living?  If we let go of all resistance and completely surrendered to our higher divine will?  Without resistance our lives would have flow in all areas; relationships, finances, health, our career path, and all other areas as well. Things that would show up may not be what we had anticipated, but they would be things that would put us in our most authentic path.  The path that would make us the most joyous, happy, heart-centered, and aware of our connection.  This isn’t to say that inconveniences would or wouldn’t happen, but that our perception of them would be different.  We would understand that all happen for our highest good.

So how do we completely let go, surrender, and trust in the process? 
The simplicity hit me.  It’s about letting go of the moment to moment judgements, the anticipated outcomes, and the anxiety and fear.  BREATHE, TRUST IN A HIGHER POWER TO TAKE WHATEVER IT IS THAT WE NO LONGER NEED, and STAY IN TUNE WITH WHATEVER COMES UP WITHOUT LETTING IT BRING US DOWN.

Energy Exercise
Anxiety, fear, or any type of resistance are only present to show us something that needs our attention. Below is an energetic exercise that may help:

  1. LISTEN.  Listen to what is coming up.  Do not judge it.
  2. OBSERVE. Become an observer.  It is also ok to feel the emotion. In fact, feel it as deeply as you can.  Don’t get wrapped up in the feelings and thoughts. Just observe and let it pass by or pass through.  You do not have to be your thoughts and emotions.  These are feedback mechanisms built to keep you authentic to who you were meant to be.
  3. SEND AN OPPOSING EMOTION/THOUGHT.  Thoughts and emotions are energy.  You can shift any thought or emotion by sending the opposite vibration / frequency to where that is emotion/thought is held in your energetic field (the area in and around your body). An example: If you feel sadness – send compassion.  If you feel hate – send love.  If you feel jealousy – send acceptance.
  4. NOTICE THE CHANGE.  As the shift occurs – your perception and life will change.

SIMPLE, BUT POWERFUL.
