I’m SUPER EXCITED…. EEKK… CAN’T HARDLY HOLD BACK! I want to share more Energy-based techniques that I think will set your efforts apart from the AVERAGE JOE!

Now for the Real Stuff…
Wk 2 – Move the Meter Challenge
What are you working on changing? This week’s goodies….
- Evaluate what you want to change.Now while this seems pretty obvious, energy follows intention. Become really clear. Make it measurable. Put your thoughts into pictures you can see (imagine or put them onto paper), feel into the emotion, determine how you will feel afterward and what your pre-dominate thoughts will be. Sometimes to help this process, people make dream boards. A dream board is a way of focusing intent on what you want to create; with pictures and words of what is wanted. You can even take it one step further than a dream board….
The dream board’s focus is typically the physical representation of what you are wanting. How about writing below the pictures the emotional, mental, and spiritual equivalents of what you are seeking: [For example: Physical (body strength), Emotional (increased self esteem), Mental (I am able to change), Spiritual (I have all resources and have all the support I need).] By putting it into the “now” version (as if it has already happened… you are moving yourself directly into that vibration that will create that in the now).
Devising a plan that you feel good about and think will work.
Gather data. Look at what has worked in the past and what hasn’t . If it hasn’t work – don’t put yourself into that back into that scenario, create a new one. Become mindful of your actions. Uninspired actions should NEVER be taken. If you are doing something that doesn’t feel “right on” – don’t do it! Find something that you think & feel will work for you. Even if you have only moderate faith in the beginning… you need to start somewhere. A starting point is, just that, a starting point. Once you start the inspiration, you will continue as you move along…. more and more will come. It is like a ball moving downhill – it will pick up momentum!
- Evaluate what is holding you back from your goals. This is one of the BIGGEST THINGS YOU CAN DO!
Write down on a piece of paper what is holding you back. What will happen if you succeed? How will your life change? Is it….
- Fear of failure – what happens if you can’t achieve what you want to achieve?
- Disappointment – what happens if what you want never comes?
- That my actions don’t make a difference – what happens if you do things to make the change, but you never see results?
Dissipating these negative feelings/beliefs can literally change everything! AND THEY ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GET PAST THOSE SEEMING ROAD BLOCKS HOLDING YOU BACK.
The good news is… when negative emotions or thoughts come up as you start to make change, really APPRECIATE that. I realize that sounds silly, but ….what is happening: you are bringing up those old patterns and recognizing them. Once they are recognized – you can then change them. If they lay dormant in you energy field, you will keep responding to them as you did in the past. Once you bring them into awareness, shift them into a different feeling, emotion, or thought – you change the energy pattern and this will result in changed physical responses and manifestation as well. You MUST clear the old vibration (belief or emotion) to be able to respond in an entirely new way. This is how you reprogram your body to be able to overcome any situation that you have felt stuck in before.
You will know you have changed your belief system when you start seeing results!
- Dream – for the Limitless… the Sky
Many of these steps seem like those you have heard before. How is this step different? This is like getting of the place of “knowing”. Knowing that dream that it can happen. It’s more than just hoping. It more about having faith. And while we don’t always have control about the “how it will happen”, “when it will happen” and “exactly what it will look like” – you can put the intention out there. The universe can only respond if you ask. Adding the words… [This intention]… or better – can seem to take the pressure off the end result. You have to let go of the end result.
- Focus on what you have control over and let go of what you don’t.
You can only control those actions you take and not those of others – so let them do their own thing and keep going with what is important to you.
BE AWARE.. those things that are bothering you about others may actually be something you need to change about yourself. They are reflecting to you an opportunity.
- Tired of remaining the same?In order to change – you have to want to change more than you want to stay the same. Even if you can tip the scale over the 50% mark line by 1% (51%). Desire alone can be the fuel to ignite the change.
Now (drumroll)….tricks of the trait…. ENERGY TECHNIQUES on their way.
I’m going to wave my magic wand and walllaaaaaaaa……..
1. Clearing old patterns.
When you did step # 3 from above – where did you feel this in body? Where did you feel the energy from the fear or disappointment? Those feelings and emotions can be held in parts of the organs, bones, joints, tissues, etc. The first though (of where it is) that “pops” into your head is likely the spot that it is being housed in your body and or your energy field (the energy that surrounds your body).
Everything is energy. Envision the energy as a color, a light, a pattern, a picture (symbol) and ask it questions – as to why it is there. You can envision the energy leaving by allowing it to collect & then moving it out of the body through your hands and or feet.
You may feel it as it moves (vibrations, waves of heat or cold, tingling, pain, goosebumps). Shake off the vibrations. As it leaves, envision light coming in and replacing the old pattern.
2. Clear yourself from fear grid of all consciousness.
When you are plugged into, what I call the “fear grid” of all mankind – you “catch” the fears of others, including those of your ancestors. ALL IT TAKES is becoming aware that this exists and asking to be cleared from this grid. Intention is energy. Again, energy follows intention. Ask your higher guidance for help if you need help.
How will you know when you are clear? You feel less anxious about results and start seeing less things that make you anxious. Your day feels more peaceful and things happen more easily – without resistance.
3. Physical Tools that help.
Everything is energy… so that being in mind – don’t forget to use the physical elements available to you! Things such as: exercise (yoga, Pilates, resistance training,), online education, books, medications, etc. Integrating those physical tools with the spiritual tools can be a huge booster for what you want!
4. Change belief systems – Change your emotional response.
When you change your inner belief systems and the way you respond to things – what you perceive will be different. This is the ONLY way, the ONLY way to ever change your outside circumstances. When you start believing different and feeling different about your body, finances, etc… at some point you will start seeing different physical interpretations
5. Evaluate where you are and periodically evaluate where you’ve come.
You may not be able to appreciate the physical, emotional, and mental changes – unless you evaluate and re-evaluate. Rate your response “before” on a 1-10 scale; 0-no response and 10 hyper-responsive, and then do the same for “after”.
