Inspired thought and action is very different than doing action without something internally pushing you to do so first.
You likely know what I mean if you have been “trying hard” at anything in your current life.
For anything to become manifest or physical in this world, you must first tune into the energetic form of what it is that you want. What that means is tuning, just like you would with a radio channel, to the vibration and frequency that would be behind what you are wanting to create. It’s almost like working backwards. You tune in to what you have already created and then let it show. It’s like looking at a rainbow through the rain.
So let’s talk about the opposite of this… BLOCKS
You know that you are having a block when you have:
- No motivation or active thoughts about the next step to do.
- You “try” to do something and your internal instincts leave you with a bad or terrible feeling of fear, frustration, or disappointment.
- You have a “knowing” that something is just not right.
Moving around the block….
To move around the block -you can do 1 of 2 things:
- Forget about what it is that you want to create. As silly as what that sounds, when you continuously think about it and worry, you create the frequency of the “lack”. So you are keeping that created reality in the NOW. If you are struggling with worry… just stop thinking about it and think about something else. Think about something else that makes you feel better. Take down your resistance. Allow yourself happiness of some sort. The intention behind what you want will still be there and you will be placing yourself in a more consistent receiving mode. The happiness you portray internally will be portrayed in your external life.
- Find a way to feel better about whatever it is that is leaving you emotionally or mentally in pain and in the lack mentality. Every desire has 2 points; 1 = alignment and 2=misalignment. Find a way to move your contrasting points into a place of peace.
To build momentum or bridge the desire into a manifested state:
- Look at the intention. Figure it is what you want (good relationship, more money, career aligned with purpose, etc.)
- Look at the underlying need of what you want. Identify the emotional want or need: is it acceptance? Is it self-love? Is it worthiness? Is it safety (not to be disappointed)?
- Give the underlying emotional need to yourself right NOW. Give yourself the acceptance, self-love, trust, embraced thoughts right now. It is in compassion that we allow ourselves to understand why we have thought or done things in the past. We have kept ourselves safe.
- Quiet / Breathe/ Live Life. When you do the above 3 steps, you start the momentum rolling in the direction of your desire. In this state you TRUST that every situation can be changed. You allow yourself a space of peace. You wait for clarity. You allow yourself to go with the flow!
