Relaxation must be the single most important key to health and well-being.

Stress leads us to DIS-EASE. When we relax, our body has an opportunity to allow our bodies to align with our bodies specific needs.
My gift to you… Five Steps to Immediate Relaxation!

1.  Take a deep breath and let it out slowly.  And I mean…REALLY concentrate on this breath.  When  you concentrate – all else falls away.  When you COMPLETELY concentrate on your breath – you are unable to think about anything else.

2. Visualize light running through your body.  Start at your feet & see the light coming into your toes, running up your legs, into your hips, abdomen, pelvis, chest, neck, arms, head, eyes, forehead.  This light emanates healing and will wash away any worries you have.

3. Say the mantra “Peace”, “Happiness”, or “Joy”.  Words have energy attached to them.  Just by saying a word, you are planting a seed.  Allow this seed to grow, allow it to emanate every cell in your body.  All the negativity (weeds) will wilt away!

4. Carry a rock in your pocket.  Rocks, minerals, and stones all have specific energy in them that will help you stay grounded and focused.  Being present is most important in helping you to carry out your everyday activities.  These pieces/parts of God can reactivate your purpose and keep you motivated in living life.

5. Catch a sunset.  Find something that pleases you deeply.  Something that emotionally moves you to a place of gratitude and happiness.  Sadness & despair cannot live in a place where joy lives. Enjoy the happiness in your heart.  Be at peace and allow all those around you to feel the connectedness you feel.  As you feel connected – all others around you will start to vibrate at the frequency you put out… LOVE!
