5 Steps To Bringing Continual Happiness Into Your Day:
1. Deliberately intend for your day to go well. Wake up in the morning and start planning to have a “good” day.
2. Be grateful. Wake up saying thank-you. When you are grateful, you are showing the universe that you are open for more good things to come into your life. Successful people start their day with “thanks” before putting a foot out of the bed!
3. Understand that you are 100% in charge of every choice in your life. Past choices have lead you to where you currently are – understand your own responsibility in those choices. Future choices will lead you to where you want to be (whether it is with or without change). And remember NO CHOICE… is also a choice!
4. Meditate. Quiet time throughout your day will allow your mind to settle and help you to be present in every decision you are making.
